Robert J. Fletcher, MAI/AICP/CCIM

Mr. Fletcher has been involved in a wide variety of valuation assignments, including subdivision analysis, commercial investment analysis, the market valuation of multi-family, industrial, commercial and office properties, eminent domain litigation and valuation of partial interests. He has appraised properties throughout Florida, including more than 25 counties and numerous municipalities. He is experienced with a wide variety of special purpose appraisals, such as Conservation Easement, bargain sales, FEMA compliance, assessment appeals and title cases. Mr. Fletcher has 25 years of appraisal experience and is a qualified expert witness in Federal and Circuit Courts in Florida.
