RICHARD W. BASS, MAI
Mr. Bass is an expert commercial analyst and valuation professional. He is nationally recognized as an expert witness with particular emphasis on damaged property valuation, title litigation and signage valuation. His 40+ years of experience include developing land use regulations, analysis of proposed developments, feasibility studies and a wide variety of real estate litigation. He is an experienced manager and professional instructor (USPAP) as well. Mr. Bass is semi-retired, but accepts assignments in atypical valuation and litigation.

TRACY T. SHINKAROW
Ms. Shinkarow is a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and an FHA approved appraiser. She has been involved with a variety of appraisal assignments for both the public and private sectors. At present, Ms. Shinkarow’s focus is on the valuation of residential properties for commercial financing, IRS related estate appraisals, litigation related assignments for divorce and detrimental conditions assignments as well as ad valorem assessment appeals.

He has extensive experience with small retail, industrial and office properties, leasehold analysis, vacant land and both FEMA and insurance valuations.
